Arrest

On April 9, 2013 at 3:20am Tyngsborough officers stopped a vehicle on
Middlesex Road after it was observed crossing the center lane of the roadway. It was
subsequently discovered that the operator, Francisco Godoy, 43 yrs. old of Lowell,
has never had a drivers license. Godfroy was subsequently arrested for an
outstanding arrest warrant, in addition was charged with unlicensed operation of a
motor vehicle and marked lanes violation.

Motor vehicle criminal offenses – April 9th

On April 7, 2013 at 5:07am Tyngsborough officers assisted with a disabled
motor vehicle on Willowdale Road. Upon arrival officers found a vehicle with heavy
front end damage as well as damage to both passenger side tires. The lone occupant
of the vehicle, Alexandra Bettencourt, stated she had struck a curb in Pelham, NH.
Bettencourt, 39 yrs. old of Dracut was found to be in illegal possession of a
prescription drug (Adderall) and was charged with possession of a controlled
substance, Class E amphetamines. The vehicle was towed from the scene,
Bettencourt will receive a summons to appear in court.
An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the vehicles damage is

On April 8th, 2013 at 8:30am Tyngsborough officers stopped a vehicle on Rt. 3
for speeding and reckless operation. The operator, David Downing, 40yrs old of
Brookline, NH was charged with Reckless operation of a motor vehicle, failure to
signal for lane change, registration not in possession and speeding. He will receive a
summons to appear in court.

Arrests; Thursday April 4th

On Thursday April 4th, 2013 at 5:45am Tyngsborough Officers responded to Village Lane for a reported domestic disturbance taking place.   Upon arrival officers were told by the victim that the alleged perpetrator had fled into the woods with a knife.  A short time later the subject was located walking on Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua where he was taken into custody by Tyngsborough and Nashua officers.  As a result of the statements by the victim; Derrick ONeill, 32 yrs. old of Tyngsborough is being charged with Domestic Assault & Battery and Assault & Battery with a dangerous weapon.  He is being held at the Nashua Police Department as a fugitive from justice pending extradition to Massachusetts.

On Thursday April 4th, 2013 at 8:52 am Tyngsborough officers responded to Frost Road for a report of a motor vehicle crash.  Upon arrival officers found one vehicle involved which had struck a telephone pole.  As a result of the subsequent investigation; Mark Pekkala, 53 yrs. old of Tyngsborough was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, 2nd offense and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended drivers license.

Warrant arrests / motor vehicle summons

On Saturday March 30th at 1:31 am Tyngsborough Police Officers stopped a vehicle on Lakeview Ave, it was subsequently discovered that the operator Jason Labao had a suspended drivers license.  Jason Labao, 24 yrs. old of Lowell, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and will receive a summons to appear in Lowell District Court.

On Thursday April 4, 2013 at 2:18am Tyngsborough Police Officers arrested a subject on Pawtucket Boulevard for an outstanding arrest warrant.  Jason Henderson, 42 yrs. old from Nashua, NH, was arrested on a warrant issued out of Lawrence District Court.
