Summons / Arrests

Brian Damouras, 23 yrs old of Pepperell; charged with attempting to commit a crime (B&E for misdemeanor), Conspiracy and Possession of Burglarious instruments;  These charges are related to the attempted break in of Duff’s garage on Saturday May 25th.

 

Jessica Aubin, 20 yrs old of Pepperell; charged with attempting to commit a crime (B&E for misdemeanor), Conspiracy and Possession of Burglarious instruments;  These charges are related to the attempted break in of Duff’s garage on Saturday May 25th.

 

Deanna Viveiros, 41 yrs. old of Dracut; charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Two arrests in Maxamillians Break & Entering

On Tuesday May 21st at approximately 6am Tyngsborough officers on routine patrol found the front door of
Maxamillians smashed. After employees had responded it was learned that a significant amount of liquor had
been stolen from the establishment. An investigation was initiated by Tyngsborough Police Detectives who
were able to identify the perpetrators as persons who had been customers at the establishment that night.

On Thursday May 23rd at 10:30am Tyngsborough detectives arrested Napoleon Lenker, 21 yrs old of N.
Chelmsford at his residence. He is being charged with Destruction of property over $250, B&E in the nighttime
for a felony (3) counts and Larceny from a building. He is being held at the Tyngsborough Police Department
and will be arraigned at Lowell District Court on Friday May 24th.

On Thursday May 23rd at 3:45pm Tyngsborough detectives arrested Christian Williams, 21 yrs. old of
Chelmsford at his residence. He is being charged with Destruction of Property over $250 and B&E in the
nighttime for a felony. He is being held at the Tyngsborough Police Department and will be arraigned at Lowell
District Court on Friday May 24th.

Arrests / Summons Issued

 

George Maib, 50 yrs. old ofStuart,Florida– charged with violating an abuse prevention order; A summons will be issued, his failure to show for his arraignment at Lowell District Court will result in an arrest warrant being issued.

Cheryl Nelson, 44 yrs. old of Tyngsborough – arrested for Domestic Assault & Battery, Assault & Battery on a Police Officer and Resisting arrest.

Gabriella Godfrey, 18 yrs. old of Tyngsborough – charged with possession of a class B drug; she will receive a summons to appear in Lowell District Court.

May 14th – Arrest for Violation of a Restraining Order

At 12:55 pm on Tuesday May 14th, Tyngsborough Police officers responded to a residence on Oregon Road after the department received a 911 call from the residence.  The two juvenile occupants of the residence at the time advised that there was a woman who walked into the backyard and was now throwing furniture into the pool.  The female also banged on the door to the home while the juveniles were on the phone with the Police Department.  Officers arrested Cheryl Nelson, 44 yrs. old of Tyngsborough, in the backyard of the residence and charged her with the following offenses; Violation of an Abuse Prevention Order and vandalizing property, she was booked at the Tyngsborough Police Department where she will be held overnight without bail pending her arraignment at Lowell District Court on Wednesday May 16th.

Alex Kinney, 22 yrs. old of North Chelmsford;  as a result of an incident that occurred on April 15th Kinney is being charged with Drug possession, class C.

Christopher Ide, 22 yrs. old of Nashua, NH; charged with operating an uninsured vehicle, registration not in possession and a stop sign violation;  will receive a summons to appear in court.

May 12th

Trevor Lee, 22 yrs. old of Westford, MA; arrested for OUI Liquor, passing at unsafe speed and speeding

May 13th

Gerard Flynn, 21 yrs. old of Nashua, NH;  as a result of an investigation relating to a hit & run accident on 5/3/13 Flynn is being charged with the following;  Leaving the scene of property damage (2 counts), operating to endanger and unsafe passing.

Randy Loucraft, 30yrs old of Tyngsborough, charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

May 4th
Jordan Bourlos, 24 yrs. old of Salem, NH; charged with Reckless operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, marked lanes violation, speeding and failure to stop at stop sign. This vehicle failed to stop and
Tyngsborough officers discontinued pursuit, the vehicle was also pursued by Chelmsford, Westford, Billerica and Lowell in their communities.

May 6th
Shanara Chubb, 28 yrs. old of Nashua, NH; charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Bomb threat / Lowell Regional Vocational High School

On Friday, May 3rd a bomb threat was found written on a wall at the Greater Lowell Vocational technical high school.  The threat indicated a bomb would go off at 2 PM on Tuesday, May 7th.  An investigation into the threat was immediately launched by school officials, the Tyngsborough Police Department and Tyngsborough  Fire Dept. There was no information leading officials to believe that the threat was real. All reasonable precautions were taken by the police department and school officials.  On Tuesday at 1:30 PM the school was evacuated and was then searched by school Officials;  the Tyngsboro Police Department, the State Police bomb squad and Tyngsborough fire department were also on scene during the evacuation.   Nothing of a suspicious nature was found in the building and all students were returned to the building at 2:15 PM.  An Investigation into the source of the threat will continue and the responsible party will face criminal prosecution when identified.
