Domestic / Resisting Arrest

On Monday December 9th, 2013 at 8:33pm Tyngsborough Officers responded to 12 Parham Road after receiving a 911 call reporting an altercation going on the driveway at the residence.  Upon arrival officers found that the disturbance was over and all persons involved stated that they were all set.  At 9:11pm Tyngsborough officers received another 911 call from the residence reporting an assault took place there.

Upon arrival officers determined that a domestic Assault & Battery had taken place and attempted to arrest a male subject who then actively resisted officers attempts to arrest him.  After repeated warnings pepper spray was deployed against the subject.  This subject was subsequently transported to LowellGeneralHospital (accompanied by a Police escort) for decontamination.  The subject was later transported back to the Tyngsborough Police Department.

Yellow Dot Program

On Tuesday December 3rd at 11am we will be rolling out the Yellow Dot Program at the senior center.  This program is an initiative between Tyngsborough Elderly Services, Tyngsborough Police & Fire Department.  A file of life card, similar to what many senior have in their home, will be placed in the glovebox of the vehicle, a yellow sticker on the rear window will let emergency personnel know to look in the glove box for this file.  The file will contain important medical information that will assist emergency personnel on scene.

Although this program is focused toward seniors, everyone is welcome to join the program.  The program is free and after the initial roll out residents will be able to sign up at the senior center, Police Department or Fire Department.  If you know of anyone who would benefit from this program please pass the word along to have them come to the Senior center on Lakeview Ave. tomorrow at 11am to sign up.

Thank you

Kloucek search

The search for Edward Kloucek of Dunstable was unsuccessful; after consultation with local authorities this morning; we have no reason to believe that Mr. Kloucek is in the area at this time, Dunstable Police (where Kloucek lives) will be working with our department and other agencies to locate him.  Mr. Kloucek is wanted for numerous outstanding warrants.

We have no reason to believe that he is a threat to the public, he is evading law enforcement and we are asking the public’s assistance in locating him.  We believe he is with family or friends at this time and ask that he turns himself in to the Dunstable or Tyngsborough Police Department.

Below is the most current photo of this subject that we have.
