Changes in communications / promotion and new appointment

Please join us in congratulating Walesca Gomez who has been promoted to Communications supervisor, she was unanimously appointed by the Board of Selectmen last night.  Walesca has shown great leadership in the past 2 years during the absence of Glenna Greenslade, who sadly passed away after a long battle with cancer.  Walesca will be instrumental as we prepare for a new enhanced 911 system and changes to our training and policy standards.

Also, please join us in congratulating Kim Desmarais who was unanimously appointed as our new full time communications specialist.  Kim has worked as a part time communications specialist since 2012.

Congratulations Walesca and Kim, we are lucky to have you!
