On April 10th, 2013 at 11:05pm Tyngsborough police officers responded to the area of Pawtucket Boulevard for
a report of a vehicle that was being driven erratically and had struck two vehicles. With the assistance of the
Dunstable Police Department the vehicle in question was then located and stopped on Kendall Road near
Locust Ave. The vehicle had substantial damage to the driver’s side front and rear doors as well as damage to
the driver’s side tire. A subsequent sobriety test was conducted on the operator. The operator, Troy Weston,
38yrs. old of Framingham, MA, was arrested and charged with OUI Liquor and two counts of leaving the scene
of property damage.
On April 11th, 2013 at 2:30am Tyngsborough police officers along with two detectives from the Nashua Police
Department responded to 400 Dunstable Road in an attempt to locate a fugitive from justice. William O’Neill,
54 yrs. old of Tyngsborough, was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Tyngsborough Police
Department where he was booked. He is being held in Massachusetts pending extradition to New Hampshire
for an outstanding warrant.
