Crossing guard struck by vehicle

At 7:13am this morning Tyngsborough Police & Fire Department responded to a report of a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle at the intersection of Frost and Norris Road. Officers found that April Pelletier, 37yrs. old of
Tyngsborough, who works as a school crossing guard was struck by a vehicle as she was directing traffic in the intersection. Pelletier was transported to Lowell General Hospital where she was treated for minor injuries
and subsequently released.

There are no charges pending.
