Motor vehicle crashes into TJ Maxx plaza building

On May 8th, 2015 at approximately 5:30pm Tyngsborough Officers responded to the area of 440 Middlesex Rd TJ Maxx Plaza for a report of a motor vehicle into a building.  Officers arrived on scene and discovered that a vehicle had crashed through a brick wall into the building; one male occupant was in the driver’s seat and was entrapped.

Fire Department personnel along with Trinity and ALS arrived on scene assisting with removing the operator from the vehicle.  Operator was extracted from the vehicle and transported to an area hospital, suffering from apparent serious injuries.

As a result of the investigation the following charges will be filed:

  • Operating to Endanger/Reckless
  • Wanton Destruction of Property
  • Speeding
