Chief Mulligan joined with the Tyngsborough Police Department on July 1, 2007.
Chief Mulligan has over 30 years of experience in Law Enforcement. He began his municipal service in Merrimack, NH where he grew to the rank of Police Chief and Interim Town Administrator.
