On March 26th at 1:37am Tyngsborough Police officers responded to the Tyngsborough bridge for a report of a motorist who had fallen to sleep behind the wheel. Officers found the subject and upon waking him up advised
him to remove the keys from the ignition of the vehicle, in response the subject turned on the vehicle’s windshield wipers and activated the washer fluid. A subsequent sobriety test revealed that the subject was
under the influence of liquor. Joshua McMahon, 39 yrs. old of Nashua, was arrested and charged with OUI Liquor and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked driver’s license. He was transported to the police
department, booked and later released on bail.
