Deputy Chief Burrows has been serving theTyngsborough Police Department since June 1986. His interests includecomputers, traveling, and playing golf.

In 1995 Deputy Burrows participated in the Police Exchange Program - Odessa Ukraine. He was the department prosecutor from 1998 to 2002, Deputy Chief since 2002 and in 2004 graduated from the F.B.I. National Academy.
