The recent break in of Sullivan Farms Ice Cream and Country View Diner has been solved by Tyngsborough Police Detectives. Two juvenile males and one 19 year old male have been identified as being involved in the breaks of both establishments on July 24th at approximately 3am. Officers responding to the area for a report of loud noise had apparently scared the subjects off, officers then found that both establishments had been broken into. Officers found stolen property on the ground behind Sullivans Ice Cream including approximately $500 in rolled coin and a cash register.
The owners of both establishments have agreed to drop charges in exchange for full restitution of property stolen and/or damaged. Restitution has been paid in full and the case is closed.
