Residential B&E arrests

On Thursday January 2nd at 2pm Tyngsborough Police Officers responded to a report of suspicious subjects at a residence located at 76 Kendall Road.  Officers arrived to find a vehicle attempting to exit the driveway of the residence; the three subjects in the vehicle were immediately taken into custody.  The glass on the front door to the residence had been smashed, inside the vehicle were numerous items stolen from the residence.

Two (2), 17 yr. olds and one (1) 16 yr. old male was taken into custody, they are currently being booked and processed.  They will be charged with;

Breaking & Entering in the daytime to commit a felony

Larceny over $250

Malicious destruction of Property over $250
