Two men charged with breaking into three Tyngsboro businesses

The Tyngsborough Police Department has charged two men with Breaking & Entering, and other related charges, of three Tyngsborough businesses.  On July 28th at 3am Bahama Breeze was broken into but the suspects fled when the alarm sounded, they were unsuccessful in opening a cash register.  On August 1st between 3-4 am Cazadores Restaurant and Flints Pizza were also broken into, a cash register with an undetermined amount of cash was stolen from Flints.  One of the men charged, John Barbuti, was arrested by the Tyngsborough Police in March, 2016 inside of Forrest Marine after breaking into that business.  He had forced open a rear door to the business and was found inside by Tyngsborough Officers assisted by our K9 Jagr.  We would like to thank Nashua Police Detectives for their assistance in working with Tyngsborough Detectives, which resulted in solving this case.  Nashua also was hit with several burglaries in which these two men are being charged.

John Barbuti, 28 yrs. old of Hudson, NH, & Shivam Yadav, 25 yrs. old of Nashua, NH are charged with;

  • Breaking & Entering, in the nighttime for a felony (3 counts)
  • Malicious Destruction of Property, over $250 (3 counts)
  • Larceny over $250
